Reason: expectations not meet as it does not support Jio 4G SIM and it has additional annual application subscription plan to purchase to use.
I followup with support but they are refusing , its my hard earned money , I have family with 2 children n parents to support living, and device is not usable to me anymore due to conditions there.
Item is still packed, and not activated, return request is already placed, kindly blacklist the company to enter into B2C business if this is the attitude on customer appeal. invoice is attached for ref.
