I had booked a travel package through Thrillophilia on 25th Dec 2025, for the package “Wonders Unleashed: A 10 Days Discovery of Europe’s Treasures” (PNR: BKDU7GGYHY1) for 2 adults (myself Shravan Shivpal Singh and my fiancée Vitika Prakash Mahto). The total package amount was ₹3,72,500, out of which I have already paid ₹1,11,750 as the first installment.


Thrillophilia’s visa team assisted me with my Schengen tourist visa application. They advised me to apply through the Switzerland Embassy and provided documents including the cover letter, itinerary, travel insurance, accommodation proof, and other supporting documents.


Despite this, my visa was rejected by the Embassy of Switzerland in New Delhi (letter dated 11th September 2025). The rejection reason stated that “the information submitted regarding the justification for purpose and conditions of intended stay was not reliable”.


The rejection was directly due to Thrillophilia’s negligence, as:


  • Air tickets provided were fake/dummy
  • Accommodation bookings were unreliable
  • Cover letter did not mention Thrillophilia’s company name
  • No proper itinerary per day or personal details were included

For over 3 months, Thrillophilia has refused to provide any proof of how our money has been used. Despite repeated requests, they have denied a refund and insisted on rescheduling the trip, even though the visa failure was entirely due to their mismanagement.


This has caused extreme mental distress, financial burden, and disruption to our wedding preparations, as we are middle-class and our wedding is scheduled shortly after this trip. Our honeymoon was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but instead it has become a source of anxiety and stress.


I therefore request:


  1. Full refund of ₹1,11,750 already paid
  2. Additional compensation for mental distress, honeymoon disruption, inconvenience, and losses caused by fake bookings: ₹50,00,000

If they provide you the fake tickets, booking details and other itinerary, you have strong reason to file a case against them.
