I ordered a pair of jeans from bluer.co.in and did not fit me well so I decided to return it. upon placement of return request, they refunded my amount into store credit, which means I have to order something of that amount from their website, only which I absolutely do not want their products anymore.
my request is that my money shall be refunded into my account, which I deserve as it is my hard earned money.
their customer support have blantantly refused my money refund and told me that i can’t do anything about it. That is why I am being forced to complain about it, and I am being harassed mentally by their customer support.
