I ordered a dress from a Instagram brand and gave them the money they ask me to order it from a app called FreeUp and then cancelled it later due to overweight of the product then I didn’t want the dress anymore and asked them to refund my money but they’re saying it’s against our policy and not giving the money back and I was it informed about the no refund policy it was written in their page but I didn’t buy the dress from there so my she’s not giving my money back so I’m forced to by the dress
