I ordered "Nike Air Max Fusion Black White in size UK 10 on 29th December 2025. I have not gotten any updates regarding my order or any tracking links. It was supposed to be delivered in 5 working days. I paid extra 500 for early delivery. My emails are not being answered and my calls are not being picked up, and there has been no attempt to communicate with me. The Nos given on the site for contacts are invalid. The offline store is permanently closed.

Hello mam/sir, Did you get any update after filing complaint!? Or any info about your order from them?, I lost rupees 6k and I have been waiting for a month for order fulfilment and zero response from them. I should’ve done some research before spending my money in this scamming e commerce website 😭😣😔

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
