My hospitalization insurance claim was wrongfully rejected by Niva Bupa Health Insurance despite granting pre-approval and conducting verification during my hospitalization. Thereafter, I filed a complaint before the Insurance Ombudsman, Noida; however, despite lapse of more than 1.5 months, no effective hearing or adjudication has taken place till date. I have also sent repeated reminders and emails to the Insurance Ombudsman, but no resolution has been provided till date.
