My mother had bought a pressure cooker from Greenchef company, in December 2025, and within a month it's plate got a bend on it's own and never worked again. Since it was already under warranty period, I submitted complaint on her behalf and mailed their consumer helpline, they responded initially and asked us to send the broken piece by post to their given address. We sent it as asked, even they said they are sending a replacement piece, but it never reached, I am trying to take a follow-up from their consumer Help desk, but they are not responding to any of my query even after i have sent all the required details from them. This is extremely frustrating. I also have The valid bill and docket number too.
