Hi,
I ordered 3 different items in bulk.
1. Monster truck ordered 20 pieces - delivered only 8. Some of them were broken so returned them. But refund is done only for returned item. I logged complaint about remaining Missing items within return policy period 15 days ago. Also had a call with flipkart customer service and provided all the details to them as mentioned on call as well as on their site.
2. Kids Wrist band - Ordered 20 delivered only 8. No update on remaining items.
3. Wash bag - Ordered 10 received only 8.
Flipkart customer service promised to resolved this matter within 48 hrs yet there is no reply from them. I called them twice and customer care person said "we can't help now return policy is over".
