Hi Team,
I had logged a request to withdraw my existing JIO fiber request and remove the whole set up on 30th March,2026 and I got an acknowledgement from your side that the whole process should be done by 24days. After that I received another call from Jio (perhaps from the technical team not sure) and also confirmed the same and requested him to do the process ASAP. After that I did not receive any communication from Jio. I also got in touch with the customer care executive in between (2nd March) and got to know that the request would have taken time as per the timeline mentioned in the mail. Today I connected with them and got to know that the earlier request has been closed without any customer confirmation and without providing the desired service. It wasted 7 days of time without any proper justification. They created new requests and started the process from the beginning.

I am really disappointed with the service they provided so far. My question is how the request has been closed without any custom confirmation and what about the given timeline which has been wasted and there is no proper justification given so far to the customer.
Pl provide me solid justification of how much time you need to get the service done and process the security deposit amount(Rs-1500/-) or else I need to take a legal route to get the issue resolved.
