I am having term life insurance policy number 63427917 with the said company ICICI PRU LIFE with effect from 3 1 2020 and I have paid regular premiums
to the company for the said term life insurance policy since 3 1 2020 to 3 1 2025 well in time . unfortunately due to renovation of ancestral home I delayed
in paying the annual premium for the said policy on 3 1 2026 (due date and with grace period of one month it was 3 2 2026). I paid the premium on 5 2 2026
but on the said date the company showed my policy as lapsed without any written notice to me. After that i have repeatedly request to revive the said policy
but the same has not been done by the company till today. At last myself praying to your kind honour to look in to the matter and got my said policy revived
at the earliest. I shall be highly thankful to you Sir.
