I have purchased TCL 55" smart TV in Oct 2024 with 2 year warranty by TCL. Currently I have been facing NO DISPLAY issue in my TV and had logged complaint at TCL toll free number 18004190622 on 17th July via Case ID: IN2607171603015020115 and nobody turned up, on 19th July I receive a message that the complaint is cancelled due to duplicate request. I understood, the cancelled message must be for the duplicate ticket and someone would visit. For 4 days, noone visited nor received any call.
I again registered a service request via Case ID: IN2607230656309046797 and till now noone is come to visit. Every day I have made calls to toll free number and received FALSE commitment "it will be resolved by tomorrow" and that tomorrow never comes.
Even Today, I called and I am given assuarance to get the call done even when the dealer is not responding to even TCL calls!
Kindly help me resolve or else eed the refund from TCL.
