Tata Play account in the name of my senior citizen mother and I am doing all the follow-up with Tata play for refund.

Chronology of Events:
- Date of Failed Recharge: 16th August 2025, 10:41 PM
- Amount: ₹922
- Payment Method: UPI via Tata Play Mobile App
- UPI ID Used: Can be shared
- Receiver UPI ID: tataplaylimited210924.rzp@rxairtel
- Status shown on app: Recharge failed; refund will be processed within 7 days.
- Amount was deducted from the bank account, but no refund was received.

First Follow-up Call: 17th August 2025 at 12:22 PM
- Tata Play Agent: Ruma
- Assured refund within 7 working days.

Second Follow-up: 27th August 2025 at 9:20 PM
- Was advised to wait 1-2 more days.

Third Follow-up: Complaint Raised - Complaint ID 5KGJT5HP
- Date: Around 29th August
- Promised resolution by 1st September 2025.
- No resolution provided.

Fourth Follow-up: Escalation after No Update - 4th September 2025
- I was informed that the complaint was marked "Resolved" without any intimation to us, and no refund was received.
- Escalated the issue and received another complaint ID: 5KLD8O09
- Was promised resolution by 7th September 2025.

Fifth Follow-up: Email to Tata Play Nodal Officer and Help Desk - 6th October
- No acknowledgement
- No response till date

Current Status:
- No amount has been refunded by Tata Play yet
- We have been recharging monthly and continuing the subscription

Please advise on the next steps.
