Hello Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally register a serious complaint regarding the grossly negligent handling of my order placed through Swiggy (Order #228766747773244), which has caused significant inconvenience, embarrassment, and financial loss.

I had ordered a birthday cake with a confirmed delivery time of **12:00 midnight**, specifically for a birthday celebration. However, the delivery executive **never contacted us on either of the two phone numbers provided**, nor did anyone arrive at the delivery location. Despite this, at **11:03 PM and 11:09 PM**, I received automated messages falsely claiming that the delivery executive was waiting at the address. This claim is entirely untrue—we were physically present outside our house during that time, and no delivery person appeared.

Shockingly, at **11:10 PM**, I received another message stating that my order had been cancelled and that **₹609.00 (100% of the order value)** had been deducted as a cancellation fee. This is completely unacceptable, unjustified, and unethical, especially when the cancellation occurred due to **Swiggy’s delivery failure and false reporting**.

When I contacted customer support via chat, I was casually redirected to email support. Despite sending multiple emails, I have only received generic, scripted responses stating, *“We apologize, but we cannot process a refund.”* This response is deeply disappointing and reflects a complete lack of accountability and customer sensitivity.

Beyond the monetary loss, this incident caused me **public embarrassment and emotional distress**, as I was unable to provide a birthday cake during a family celebration with relatives present. The damage to my reputation and the spoiling of a once-in-a-year occasion cannot be ignored or brushed aside with a template apology.
