I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding Order ID 240078288607699, placed at approximately 9:44 PM today.
The entire experience has been nothing short of shocking and unacceptable. Despite waiting for an extended period, the delivery partner was completely untraceable. What is even more alarming is that your own customer support executives, Rahul, Eitasham, and Akash, repeatedly admitted that they were unable to track or locate the delivery partner.
As a customer, I expect Swiggy to have basic visibility and control over its delivery operations. Instead, I was repeatedly told, "Sorry, we are unable to track the delivery partner," without any concrete resolution or accountability.
To make matters worse:
• My guests were waiting for dinner and were left stranded due to Swiggy's complete service failure. • The only solution repeatedly offered was order cancellation and a refund. • No compensation whatsoever was offered for the inconvenience, embarrassment, and disruption caused. • Every time I requested to speak with a supervisor or senior manager, the call was either disconnected or abruptly ended. • The customer support executives displayed a complete lack of ownership and problem-solving ability.
This incident has caused immense embarrassment to me in front of my guests, some of whom have now left without having dinner due to Swiggy's failure to deliver the order or provide any meaningful assistance.
I expect the following:
A detailed explanation regarding how a delivery partner can become completely untraceable.
Investigation into the conduct and handling of the case by the customer support executives involved.
A formal written apology from Swiggy.
Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, embarrassment, wasted time, and complete service failure.
Assurance that such incidents will not be repeated with other customers.
This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered from a company of Swiggy's scale. I expect an urgent response and immediate intervention from senior management.i want a termination of this incompetent customer care.
