I ordered amul cheese today from swiggy instamart as i wanted on urgent basis…my God grace i casually checked the expiry and i was shocked to see it was expired 2 years back…wish i could attach pics here…manufactured in July 2023 and best before 6 months…today its 15 sep 2025….when checked with insta help they said will refund you the money….such a easy resolution, isnt it??
 
  • Lodge a complaint on National Consumer Helpline citing sale of expired product and poor quality control.
  • Also post reviews on social media tagging @SwiggyCares to escalate public pressure.
