I have asked swiggy to cancel delivery or change the address but they didnt accept any request to change address or cancel order. They have give. No option to do cancellation. Tried chamging delivery location but even that option was not working after submission. When spoken to agent who connected after 10min they say they cant do it themselves and i have to reach swiggy by mail and they will respond within 24-48 hrs
