I mistakenly placed a order with Swiggy, I had Amazon pay selected as the payment option, so when I was on the payment page, I mistakenly pressed the order button and since payment option was Amazon pay and I had sufficient amount in my account, the order got placed instantly and when I tried to cancel the order within a minute, the Swiggy kept asking me do you want cancel it multiple times and at the end after 2-3 minutes it showed me that if I cancel the order, there would no refund. It's such a scam. Who starts preparing the food within a minute. How can that be a wastage of food as claimed by Swiggy? And then conversation with bot is so irritating it kept asking me the same question again and again even when I made myself clear that I want to cancel my order.
