Dear Flipkart Customer Support,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor service provided by Jeeves for my order.

The installation service has been repeatedly rescheduled without my consent. No technician has visited my location, and I have not received any proper communication regarding the delay. Additionally, whenever I try to contact Jeeves, my calls are not answered, and I am unable to get any update on the status of my installation.

This continuous delay and lack of customer support have caused significant inconvenience. Such service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Flipkart's after-sales support.

I request Flipkart to:

  1. Arrange the installation immediately.
  2. Take appropriate action against the poor service provided by Jeeves.
  3. Assign the installation to an alternative service provider if Jeeves is unable to complete the job promptly.
  4. Provide a written update on the resolution of this complaint.
If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I may be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance platform.
