I am writing to address a discrepancy in my EMI notifications. I had missed payments for two months, and on 20 June 2025, I made a consolidated payment covering three months of EMI, which also included late fees and bounce charges. The transaction details are as follows:

  • Loan ID: 87132981
  • Transaction ID: 123204986498
  • Amount Paid: ₹34,140
  • Date of Payment: 20-06-2025
Despite settling the dues, I have received a notification requesting payment for July, which I believe is inaccurate. Since my recent payment was meant to cover three months, the EMI for July should already be included.
This payment was made from IDBI Bank through UPI, but the bank, without informing me, sent that money to my HDFC Bank account on 03-07-2025. As soon as the money came into my account, it got deducted somewhere. I do not know, and the bank added an amount to my account on 04-07-2025. I wrote many emails to the bank, but they are unable to provide a proper reply to the emails. When the money was deposited, then why was that money returned? I suffered financial loss.
