2. Cause of Action & Grievance:​

I purchased an Ergo43 RS backpack from M/s Skergo for INR 3,039.05. Shortly after delivery, due to poor material quality and manufacturing defects, the water bottle holder portion of the backpack severely tore and damaged.

I immediately raised a complaint with their customer support team, sharing photographs of the damaged product. However, instead of rectifying the issue or providing a warranty replacement, the company unjustly dismissed my claim by labeling a clear manufacturing defect as "normal wear and tear" and refused to provide a replacement or refund.

3. Deficiency in Service & Unfair Trade Practice:​

• Selling a defective product with substandard and poor-quality materials.
• Unfairly refusing to honor warranty claims or replace a defectively manufactured item.
• Exhibiting gross deficiency in service and engaging in unfair trade practices under the Consumer Protection Act.

4. Relief Sought:​

I humbly request the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in Vijayawada to direct the opposite party to:

1. Provide a full refund of INR 3,039.05 or a brand-new replacement backpack.
2. Pay appropriate compensation for mental harassment, agony, and deficiency in service.
3. Cover the litigation and filing costs incurred for this complaint.
