Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the RedRail (RailOne) ticket booking service for failing to refund my ticket amount despite cancellation.
I had booked train tickets through the RedRail app for travel on 24th and 25th April 2026 from Kozhikode to Melmaruvathur. However, due to unavoidable reasons, I cancelled the tickets on 7th April 2026. The total refund amount of ₹802 has not yet been credited to my account.
Despite waiting for a reasonable period and checking with the platform, I have not received any proper response or refund. This delay and lack of resolution have caused inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
Details of the complaint are as follows:
Booking Platform: RedRail App
Journey Route: Kozhikode to Melmaruvathur
Travel Dates: 24th and 25th April 2026
Cancellation Date: 7th April 2026
Refund Amount: ₹802
I kindly request your intervention in this matter and direct the concerned service provider to process my refund at the earliest. I am prepared to provide booking details, transaction proof, and cancellation confirmation if required.
