I am a customer of the Gas agency (Indane - Arora Gas Agency). I booked a gas cylinder on 04.09.2026, but it has still not been delivered to my address. I went to collect my LPG gas cylinder, but the agency staff told me that I had to purchase a gas pipe along with the cylinder. I told them that I did not need the pipe, but they refused to give me the cylinder because I would not purchase it. Despite repeated requests and follow-ups, no proper response has been provided. Additionally, staff/agency is refusing delivered cylinder.
This causes inconvenience and is against the non delivery of LPG cylender by the agency.
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and ensure:
1. Immediate delivery of my booked gas cylinder.
2. Proper customer service in future.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
