I want to file a complaint against Amazon India regarding my account closure request.
I requested Amazon customer care multiple times (around four times) to permanently delete/close my Amazon account. However, despite following their instructions repeatedly, my account has still not been deleted.
Every time I contact customer support, they ask me to repeat the same process again instead of resolving the issue properly. During my last call with customer care, the representative disconnected the call without providing any solution or proper assistance.
Due to this, I am facing mental harassment, inconvenience, and poor customer service experience.
I request the concerned authority to take appropriate action against Amazon India and ensure that my account is permanently deleted as requested.
