I booked a bus ticket through the Abhi id.

I wish to lodge a complaint against the bus service provider for unfair trade practices and deficiency in service.

I booked a bus ticket through the company’s mobile application based on the photographs and amenities displayed. However, the actual bus provided was in poor condition and completely different from what was advertised in the app. The condition of the bus was unhygienic, uncomfortable, and did not provide the promised facilities.There is NO fire safety norma followed nor any emergency door. How come such buses arr running on road.

Further, the communication from the bus operator and customer support was extremely poor. My queries and concerns were not addressed properly, and there was no timely assistance or response. This caused significant inconvenience, stress, and discomfort during my journey.

The company has misled customers by displaying misleading information and has failed to provide the standard of service promised at the time of booking. This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act.

I request the Consumer Forum to:

1. Direct the bus service provider to refund my ticket amount.
2. Award suitable compensation for the inconvenience, mental harassment, and deficiency in service.
3. Take appropriate action against the service provider to prevent such misleading practices in the future.

I have attached the booking details, screenshots of the bus shown in the app, photographs of the actual bus, and other relevant documents in support of my complaint.
