Dear Flipkart Customer Support,

This is my second reminder regarding my unresolved complaint concerning my order for Jockey Ankle Socks (2 Pairs).

Despite the order status in my Flipkart account showing the item as delivered, I have still not received the product. The matter remains unresolved despite multiple complaints and repeated assurances from your customer support team.

Earlier, I was informed that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Instead, my complaint was incorrectly marked as resolved without my knowledge or consent. I did not receive any call, email, or message seeking my confirmation before closing the complaint.

Subsequently, I contacted your customer support again, and the following complaint IDs were generated:

  • IN26070122575472457143
Unfortunately, there has been no meaningful progress on either complaint.

Further, yesterday I again received a call from your customer care executive, who once again assured me that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. However, the promised timeline has now elapsed, and I have received neither the product nor any update from your team. Repeated assurances without any action are unacceptable and reflect poorly on your customer service standards.

I once again demand that you:

  1. Deliver my ordered product (Jockey Ankle Socks – 2 Pairs) immediately; or
  2. If delivery is not possible, process a full refund without any further delay.
  3. Provide a written explanation as to why my earlier complaint was closed without my confirmation and inform me of the action taken against those responsible.
  4. Share a written update on the investigation and a definite timeline for final resolution.
Please treat this as my final reminder before escalation. Your repeated failure to resolve this issue, despite multiple complaints and commitments from your customer support team, has caused unnecessary inconvenience and has seriously eroded my trust in Flipkart's customer service.

If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be constrained to escalate the issue before the appropriate consumer grievance authorities, including the National Consumer Helpline and the Consumer Commission, and seek appropriate relief for the deficiency in service and the inconvenience caused.

I expect your immediate intervention and a written response without any further delay.
