My son ((Name:Satvik) got admission in FIITJEE BRANCH FARIDABAD (study centre-19) vide registration No. 3110021922910230032 for two year classroom programme for JEE (Advanced) weekend contact Classes on 12 Jan 2024. We opted for two years coaching Programme.
In January we came to learn that the coaching centre has stopped services. We visited the study centre also but shocked to see that there was no staff available at the centre. While inquiry through telephone it was intimated by the coordinator and other staff that they have left the FIITJEE Institute and they can’t provide any further service.
It is a great set back to us as this act is going to be affecting the studies of my son. We have paid all Fees related to two years course. As this institute has totally failed in fulfilling its commitment despite taking all fees. We want all our fees back and demurrage charges of 5 lacs (We will have to incur such charges in arranging another coaching etc.
