Grounds for Complaint – Deficiency in Service

That the Opposite Party, Stanza Living, failed to provide the services and facilities as promised at the time of onboarding and as per the agreement, thereby causing significant inconvenience, hardship, and mental distress to the Complainant.

  1. Non-functional Backup Generator
    The Opposite Party failed to ensure a working backup generator, resulting in frequent power outages and severe inconvenience, especially during essential hours.
  2. Damaged and Unsafe Furniture
    The bed provided to the Complainant was broken and not in a usable condition, posing safety concerns and failing to meet basic accommodation standards.
  3. Bed Bug Infestation
    The premises were infested with bed bugs, indicating poor hygiene and lack of pest control, causing discomfort and potential health risks.
  4. Lack of Proper Cleaning and Maintenance
    Regular cleaning services were not provided as promised. The living space and common areas were unhygienic and poorly maintained.
  5. Poor Food Quality and Hygiene
    The food served was of substandard quality, with hygiene protocols not being followed, making it unfit for regular consumption.
  6. Food Shortage and Mismanagement
    There were multiple instances of food shortage, where meals were either insufficient or unavailable despite being part of the paid services.
