I am filing this formal complaint against Stanza Living Oslo House, Baroda, for the wrongful and fraudulent deduction of ₹1,000 from my security deposit. Despite returning my room key in person to Residence Captain Rupak Kumar at checkout an act witnessed and confirmed by my roommate Varun, I was charged for a "lost key." The property manager, Avinash Rai has been extremely unprofessional and carefree regarding this matter; he has ignored my calls and messages for over 18 days and refuses to provide any resolution. When my brother confronted him, he gave a baseless excuse that this amount is "cut for everyone anyway," which is a blatant lie and nowhere mentioned in our legal agreement. I have already sent multiple emails to the founders and the grievance team, and I have posted public reviews, yet the management continues to ignore this theft of funds. This is a clear case of professional misconduct and harassment. I demand the immediate refund of my ₹1,000 along with additional compensation and an apology for this mental harassment.
