I had taken Annual executive membership at this spa, Spa Studio in VR Mall, [Google Search], with 23 complimentary sessions guaranteed over the next one year [until 23-11-2025].
However, since the past few weeks, they are not taking any appointments and not even responding properly to texts etc.
Angela [9106891454] claims to be managing the spa and herself says she has no idea if the spa is going to reopen or not.
She has even proceeded to block my numbers on phone/whatsapp disconnecting any communication.
Kindly help me with this, it is 17700 INR of hard earned money
