I had a highly disappointing experience with Soulfultrip. The management has completely failed to uphold their commitments, and it appears they have absconded with members' money without delivering the promised services. Their business operations lack any sense of professional etiquette, discipline, or integrity, leaving members in a difficult position.
Given this situation, I strongly advise fellow members to seek legal recourse immediately. Potential steps include filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), initiating a case through the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and reporting the incident to the local police cyber-crime cell or local authorities for fraud. I urge everyone affected to document all payment receipts, contracts, and communication history to strengthen their claims. It is essential that we collectively pursue these legal avenues to recover our dues and hold this management accountable.
