We planned a Darjeeling trip there was no response, we planned gokarna and goa there was no response and after posting in consumer forum and putting the review on google they gave a Pondicherry trip but we decided we are not going for anymore trips as they did not respond to any other trip. We went to their office twice in the promise that they will refund. There were others who were in the office affected by the fraud. They promised to refund in 90 days. When we went for the third time they were missing. We went to police station to file complaint and the police searched the place and there was no trace of them. Manjunath picked the call asking because we went to police and he will confirm on the refund and look into it. So far there is no progress or any response

As per your submission, you paid ₹75,000 for a holiday membership with Soulful Trip. Multiple trip requests — Darjeeling, Gokarna, and Goa — were met with complete silence. A Pondicherry trip was arranged only after you posted a consumer forum complaint and Google review, but you declined further trips given their track record. You visited their office twice and were promised a full refund within 90 days. However, on your third visit, the office was found completely vacated with no trace of the company. When you filed a police complaint, one Mr. Manjunath called you acknowledging the situation and promising to look into the refund, but no further response or progress has been made since.

Since the company has vacated their registered premises, we strongly suggest you immediately file a formal case at e-jagriti.gov.in with all supporting documents including payment proof, trip request records, refund promise communications, and the police complaint copy. Given that the company has physically absconded, filing the consumer case on priority is critical.

Thread 'Soulful Trip Pvt. Ltd., terrible service and refund fraud'

We have been totally defrauded by the company Soulful Trip Pvt. Ltd.

Last year we purchased a 3 year holiday membership from Soulful Trip Pvt. Ltd. for an amount of Rs. 60,000. On the very first service booking itself we faced one of the worst holiday experiences. We requested for booking Hotel Aadrika, Chikkamagaluru for Aug 15th to Aug 17th well in advance.

We received no booking ids, however. But inspite of having no booking ids, we were advised and encouraged by their representatives to go ahead with our plans even till the last minute(s) of reaching the Hotel! As it turned...
