Subject: Complaint Against MULTI MIX for Deficiency in Service, Misrepresentation, and Unfair Trade Practices
Respected Sir/Madam,
I wish to file a complaint against MULTI MIX for misleading me, providing products different from those promised, and causing unnecessary delay in the installation of my solar system.
The company assured me that they would install Adani Solar Panels along with a Deye Inverter. Based on this assurance, they prepared and provided an estimate mentioning Adani Solar Panels and a Deye Inverter.
Relying on their promise, I arranged the full payment through a loan from the State Bank of India (SBI). However, after receiving the payment, the company attempted to supply EMMVEE Solar Panels instead of Adani Solar Panels and an Eastman Inverter instead of the promised Deye Inverter, without my consent.
It has now been more than two months, and the installation work has still not started. The company is now claiming that Adani Solar Panels are not available, which was never disclosed before taking my money. Had I been informed earlier, I would not have agreed to proceed with the purchase.
This conduct amounts to:
- Misrepresentation of products.
- Deficiency in service.
- Unfair trade practices.
- Unnecessary delay after receiving full payment through an SBI loan.
I request the Hon'ble Commission to direct the company to either:
1. Install the exact products promised in the estimate (Adani Solar Panels and Deye Inverter) without further delay, or
2. Refund the entire amount along with applicable compensation for the financial loss, mental harassment, and inconvenience caused.
I also request appropriate action against the company for misleading customers and violating consumer rights.
