I have subscribed for installation of solar panels with this company on 06 Feb 2026. and I have made an initial payment for subscription of 15,000
But they have not provided me the solar set up yet and they are not responding well when I am communicating with them
First I made an initial payment for subscription of 15000/-
Later after confirming they asked me to pay 90% of the payment in rupees
1,62,300.00/-
I said I have no trust as they are not responding well if I pay the amount you will install , so I requested them that install solar first, then I will pay the amount
They said it is not possible, so I requested them to revert my subscription amount of 15000/-
but they are not responding to my call
Please revert my amount or ask the provider to install solar panels
