मैं, अवनीश कुमार द्विवेदी, आपके संस्थान में दिनांक 29 नवंबर 2025 को प्रवेश लिया। प्रवेश से पहले आपके काउंसलर मनीष शर्मा ने मुझे नौकरी, प्लेसमेंट सहायता और रिफंड से संबंधित कई आश्वासन दिए, जिनके आधार पर मेरे नाम से लोन फाइनेंस कराया गया।

मुझे विशेष रूप से यह आश्वासन दिया गया कि:

  1. मेरी वर्तमान लोकेशन पर ही नौकरी उपलब्ध करवाई जाएगी।
  2. पहले नौकरी लगवाई जाएगी, उसके बाद EMI का भुगतान संभव होगा।
  3. यदि प्लेसमेंट नहीं होता है, तो 100% रिफंड मिलेगा।
वास्तविक स्थिति:

  • मेरी लोकेशन पर नौकरी उपलब्ध नहीं करवाई गई।
  • प्रवेश के समय मुझे किसी भी प्रकार की “No Refund Policy” के बारे में नहीं बताया गया।
  • लोन से संबंधित दस्तावेज़ (Loan Acknowledgement Slip आदि) मुझे संस्थान द्वारा प्रदान नहीं किए गए।
  • जब मैंने कोर्स निरस्तीकरण (Cancel) का अनुरोध किया, तो काउंसलर मनीष शर्मा और लोन कराने वाले व्यक्ति ने मिलकर मुझे यह कहकर धमकाया कि
    “लोन कैंसल नहीं होगा, जो करना है कर लो।”
    यह स्पष्ट रूप से मानसिक उत्पीड़न (Harassment) और धमकीपूर्ण व्यवहार (Threatening Behaviour) है।

मांगें:


  1. मेरा कोर्स पंजीकरण तत्काल प्रभाव से रद्द किया जाए।
  2. पूर्ण शुल्क फाइनेंस कंपनी को रिफंड किया जाए।
  3. मेरे नाम पर चल रहा Loan ID: P4A7PSC65388441 बिना किसी पेनल्टी के बंद (Close) किया जाए।
  4. Loan Acknowledgement Slip और सभी संबंधित दस्तावेज़ मुझे तुरंत उपलब्ध कराए जाएँ।
  5. भविष्य में किसी भी प्रकार का दबाव, धमकी या रिकवरी कॉल तुरंत बंद किए जाएँ।

We have gone through your post in detail and want to summarize what we have understood — please read through and let us know if anything needs to be corrected or added.

You took admission at Skillected (JSSAV Education Private Limited) on 29th November 2025, based on multiple promises made by their counsellor Manish Sharma — specifically that a job would be arranged at your current location, EMI payments would only begin after placement, and a 100% refund would be provided if placement did not happen. Based on these assurances, a loan (Loan ID: P4A7PSC65388441) was processed in your name for ₹71,000.

However, none of the promises were fulfilled — no job was provided at your location, and when you requested course cancellation, instead of being helped, you were threatened by counsellor Manish Sharma and the loan facilitator, who told you "the loan will not be cancelled, do whatever you want." To make matters worse, the No Refund Policy was never disclosed to you at the time of admission, and loan acknowledgement documents were never shared with you.

You are now stuck with an active loan for a course that delivered nothing it promised, and are facing serious financial hardship and mental stress as a result.
