Singing class not completed as promised

I had paid 38900/- on 25/6/2025 to a online musical class company called Dhunguru Music India Pvt Ltd for almost 80 online singing coaching classes. They have finished only 5 to 8 classes till today. They were not approachable by phone,email,whatsappa or in any way from past 1 month. Suddenly 4 days back i got a mail from them saying they are in problem (Money crunch) hence they are unable to continue the classes. We received message from the teacher saying Dhunguru have not paid them from past 3 months hence he is unable to take classes. I lost almost 35000/- which i dont think they will give it back hence looking forward your help to get my hard earned money.

Never purchase any plan from them. After a few classes, you’ll end up being cheated like me. I bought a flute course for my daughter, and after 10 sessions, the teacher stopped accepting classes on the app. The Dhun Guru team has also stopped responding on WhatsApp. I’ve lost all my money — this is a complete fraud.

Same situation with us also. We enrolled for Guitar classes and after 5 classes the Teacher isnt ready to take further sessions. He claims that he hasnt been paid from Dhunguru.
 
We we are also sailing on the same boat, paid around 56000 + for music classes for my kids could just avail few classes before Dhunguru was shut down. Unable to contact them , I have been writing emails but no response ...asking them to refund the amount for the remaining classes... but no answer, finally approaching consumer court
 
Yes they are scam, I too lost classes. I registered for my two kids had only 5 classes then they said we are having technical issue unable to schedule classes. Then they collected details via Google forms for remaining classes.
When we contacted the teacher Poorva said they are looks like cheating now. Lost INR 29,000. Attached a sample screenshot of the classes were cancelled for the reason internet issue. Believe this will help to take action against Dhunguru.

I had paid 24000/- for violin class. I took 2 session and now unable to reach out to anyone of the there contact nor book a session.
There website is also down.
Is there any way we can get a refund.

I had paid 21000/- for guitar classes along with instrument on 27/08/2025. Later as the mentioned instrument is not up to standard they credited 10 more classes. They gave me overall 3 sessions and then the app, website and WhatsApp centralized chat everything went down. I managed to get my teacher's number from the person who contacted me with the course details and other things. She told me company has dissolved and all employees were laid off without pay or communication. I'm in touch with the teacher he is also saying he was not paid for the classes he taken. Later there was a mail from dhunguru official mail mentioning the company has been inoperative since August 2025 and asking for my payment details, enrollment number and other things through a Google forms link on 24/12/2025. They replied with computer generated response for acknowledging the receipt of details on 19/01/2026 and then sent a mail prompting to enter the same details again on same forms link on 20/01/2026 again. After this there was no response from them till today and the teacher is also saying they didn't get any replies from them till today.

Yes I was teaching at dhunguru platform they didn’t paid me anything and suddenly stop responding
