I bought a Samsuang refrigerator from flipkart on 26/09/24 and got the product delivered on 05/10/24 and the installation process was completed on 06/10/24 and from the very first day onwards i was facing moisture issue on the outer body. So i had raised a complain with Samsuang as it comes under 7days brand replacement.
And after making me wait for almost 15days they are saying this is a seasonal issue.
I want to let you know how long does a seasonal issue last 2-3 days. But i am facing the issue almost daily and from the first day itself. And Samsuang brand customer care executive are like just wipe out the moisture with a cotton cloth.
I want the brand to replace the product as i had raised the complain on the very next day after installation and it was covered under replacement warranty.
And now the customer care executive are saying we can’t help it as the technical team says its a seasonal issue its happening due to humidity and no one can control the humidity but the brand can assure the quality of there product which they are not.
