I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a return request that has been completely ignored by the company. I purchased a pair of shoes from Shopesy and received the product on 14th March. On the very same day, I initiated a return request as I was not satisfied with the product. I promptly followed all the instructions provided by the company and submitted the required details through the return link sent to my email. However, despite complying with their process, I have not received any response or update from their end. It has now been over a month, and repeated follow-up emails have gone unanswered. This lack of communication and failure to process a legitimate return request reflects extremely poor customer service and negligence. I request immediate intervention to resolve this issue and ensure a refund or appropriate action at the earliest.
