I am writing this with absolute disgust and complete exhaustion over the abysmal service I have received regarding my return request for Order
I initiated a return for a shirt due to size issues over a week ago. Since then, it has been nothing but a daily circus of false promises. Every single morning, your app claims that the "pickup is out today," and every single evening ends with zero contact and no pickup attempt whatsoever.
It is infuriating to sit at home waiting day after day for a delivery agent who never shows up. Your customer support and the seller do nothing except repeat the exact same scripted excuses, offering zero accountability or concrete action.
I expected basic professionalism from a platform of your scale, not blatant deception and wasted time. This experience has been utterly pathetic.
