My shipment of book on CA FINAL IBS by CA Sparsh Dodani ( AWB No:34790410707501) from Gondia amounting to Rs 2049/- through Delhivery was expected to be delivered on 20th August 2026 and it reached Hoskote on 15th August 2026.After that no updates were available nor was delivered on time.I contacted the seller and on his inquiry he was informed it was lost . Hence I mailed The Delhivery Support and then the Grievance Officer -The Delhivery ,upon which I was told that an agent will contact me in few hours . But no agent contacted me hence yesterday(23rd August 2026) I lodged a compliant on National Consumer Helpine. It would be really helpful if resolved at the earliest as I am preparing for my CA Final Examination November 2026.
