Shipment damage: I got my shipment broken, DSO display was damage and DTDC isn't replying

Hello sir,

Greetings of the day,

This is the second complaint, I received the damage shipment from DTDC. Digital oscilloscope display found damage. I raised the complaint at the DTDC and but not getting single mail from them.

The value of the key sight DSO is around INR 200000.

I want compensation amount from the DTDC.

So please look into this matter on priority.

We understand that the DTDC has not responded to your emails, despite you having all the necessary supporting images.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the DTDC, formally requesting compensation. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
