Respected sir,
I am Anandhu Valsakumar, vettimoottil house Naraganam West po Kozhenchery, Pathanamthitta (689642).
I worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Shriram Finance Pathanamthitta Branch Employ code (STF95745).(1st floor Nandiyattu plaza,college Junction Pathanamthitta, 689642 ) for 5 years, from 20th September 2019 to 30th November 2024. I done my notice period of 30days before went out there.I done my good age for company welness and growthness, but now i didin't get settelment gratuvity and releaving from the company side. It give a hard pain in my heart they have no mercy and they cheat yougsters very much. I didn't get any mails or any letters from there side after i went out from shriram.
I already mailed to company MD and HR department for this issue but i can't get any replies from there side.
I was able to stand by the company in its growth for the last five years.Now this is the 10th month later i didnt get any response from comapny side.I have spoken to Branch Manager Mr.Amal Radhakrishnan and Regional Manager Mr.Jayan V. R about this,but no response from there side.Now they are saying that they are having difficulty in settling the settlement .
I also complaint district labour office aginst the company but the shriram company manager and the recovery advocate told as they have not intrested to do they want more time for thinking about settelment and they talk like such laziness with no respect infront of labour officer.
I request you to please help me and others those who sufferd from this type of kidding and cheating activites from this type of companies . I want immidate action against this type of NBFC. I hope I will get mercy from the court.
I have enclosed copies of my records including my Notice period, labour office compaint &settelment requesting mail copies . I look forward to your replay and resolution of my problem.
