Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to register a complaint regarding the poor service experience with my Godrej washing machine. A service request was raised 50 to 60 days ago for replacement of defective spare parts, but till date no action has been taken. Additionally, your service representative wrongly stated that the bill was not available and ended the service call without resolving the issue. Kindly note that the machine is still under warranty, and I have all the necessary purchase documents. Due to this delay and incorrect handling of my service request, my washing machine has remained non-functional for almost a month, causing great inconvenience. I request you to: Immediately arrange for the replacement of the required spare parts. Take necessary action against the service person who provided false information. His mobile number is +91 8200988847 and he was not receive my call. Ensure that my complaint is resolved at the earliest. Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm the next steps with a definite timeline.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send a WhatsApp request (9321665511) and email at (care@godrejcp.com) to the customer care department of the Godrej Home Appliances, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to replace/repair the defective washing machine.

This step not only gives the company a chance to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
