I hope this message finds you well! I am writing to follow up regarding the return request for a product I ordered on 2nd November. On 9th November, I raised a return request, but unfortunately, the pickup has not been completed to date.
Each time I contact customer support, I am provided with the same reason, but no resolution has been offered. This delay is causing inconvenience, and I kindly request your immediate attention to ensure the return process is completed at the earliest.
Please let me know if any further action is required from my side to expedite this process. I look forward to your prompt response.
1. Attached is the screenshot of the logistic partner and the meesho order history.
2. Please do find the audio recording of the logistic partner as he has no idea that he has been assigned for pickup.
3. The 3rd audio is the scammer who states he is from the meesho escalation team and he is ready to give a refund through a code and he will later pick up the product.
4. The screenshot of the customer complaint request where they are just saying the same thing and till date which has not happened
