I am writing to formally escalate a serious concern regarding my order for a Redmi Note 15 SE, which was placed with an exchange of my existing mobile phone.
The committed delivery date for the order was 29 May. However, the delivery was rescheduled to 30 May without my consent, prior notification, or any communication from the delivery team. To my surprise, the reason recorded for the rescheduling was stated as "Customer Requested," which is factually incorrect.
As of 31 May, I have still not received my order despite making multiple follow-ups with both the delivery hub and customer support team. Unfortunately, I have received only repeated assurances and delivery commitments that have not been honored. What is even more concerning is that the delivery executive has reportedly been assigned my order for the past three days, yet neither the delivery hub nor customer support has been able to provide a clear update on the status or location of the shipment.
The explanations provided by the delivery hub have been highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I was informed that the delivery executive was unable to complete the delivery due to issues related to his vehicle. Such internal operational challenges should not affect customer commitments or service standards.
Due to the exchange process, I had already prepared my existing phone and have been without a reliable device for the past 72 hours. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and has impacted my daily communication and work requirements.
I request your immediate intervention in this matter and seek the following:
  • A formal investigation into the repeated delivery failures and inaccurate status updates.
  • Immediate confirmation of the current status and location of my order.
  • Expedited delivery of the product without any further delay.
  • Appropriate corrective action against the concerned delivery hub for providing misleading information and failing to meet delivery commitments.
As a long-standing customer, I expect greater accountability and professionalism from Flipkart's delivery network. I trust that this matter will be treated with urgency and resolved at the earliest.
