I am writing this email to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the purchase of a MarQ Air Conditioner from Flipkart. My experience with Flipkart and its own brand MarQ has been extremely disappointing, stressful, and unacceptable.

From the day of delivery, the air conditioner was faulty, and the same defect was identified immediately upon arrival. Despite this being a Flipkart-owned brand, I received no proper support. Instead of resolving the issue, I was subjected to continuous harassment, delays, and repeated cancellations.

To my shock, the replacement request was cancelled five times, and the entire replacement process took nearly one full month. By the time the replacement was finally provided, the summer season was almost over, defeating the very purpose of purchasing an air conditioner. During this time, I genuinely felt that I had lost ₹30,000, as the situation was handled so poorly.
Every interaction with customer care followed the same script:

“We are very sorry”
“Please wait for 48 hours”

This cycle repeated countless times, with no resolution. Some customer care executives were extremely rude and unprofessional, and instead of helping, they argued with me. It clearly appeared that Flipkart supports its customer care staff even when they behave improperly toward customers.

Another disturbing issue is that feedback options were removed, seemingly to avoid negative feedback. When I questioned customer care about this, I was told that the feedback option would not be available. This raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability.
I was also informed by others that MarQ air conditioners commonly have the same defect, which further proves this is a product-quality issue. If Flipkart cannot provide proper service in Hyderabad, a major metro city, it is alarming to think how customers in smaller towns or rural areas are being treated.

Good part is Flipkart is mediator for other brands, if warranty part taken by flipkart for other brands also then we can conclude the same experience like their own brand marq like worst service.

I am writing this not only to report my experience but also to strongly warn other customers:
Please do not encourage or purchase Flipkart’s MarQ products.

It is far better to purchase from other established brands that provide proper after-sales service and accountability.

This entire episode has caused me mental stress, wasted time, and complete dissatisfaction. I hope Flipkart takes this complaint seriously and improves its customer service standards, especially for its own brands.
