I ordered a stainless steel clothes dryer, but it started rusting within just two weeks of normal use. This clearly indicates that the product is not made of genuine stainless steel and does not match the quality promised by the seller.
When I contacted customer care, they refused to provide any assistance and stated that they could not do anything about the issue. This is unacceptable, as customers cannot verify the actual material quality until the product has been used for some time.
I request a full return and refund for this defective product. I also urge the concerned authorities to take strict action against the seller for misleading customers by falsely advertising and selling substandard products under the name of "stainless steel."
