Hello Sir/Madam,
Recently I have ordered two canvas photo frames from Vibecrafts. The delivery got delayed by 3 days, and when delivered the product was extremely poor in quality, in addition had some stains on it..totally not worth the money i paid for it.
Just within 4 hrs of delivery, I had WhatsApp as well as Emailed the Vibecraft support for returning the order, but I am not receiving any update or message or help from them. Please kindly look into this matter. I am extremely worried and unhappy with the experience and everybody in home is just scolding me for this purchase.
