I am escalating the complaint about not getting my refund of rs 1800.

Where i have ordered a pigeon blender on 19th april it was delivered on 21st april on the same evening i return this item as it was direct without a switch so i wanted refund and delivery person came on 22nd april and later he denied to come on 2nd floor and started shouting on me then i told him come after 7pm then he came on 2nd floor and he checks the product which was the same product i wanted to return he approved and now after 13 long days of waiting customer support team is saying you have shared different product so we denied the refund.

I just want to know where is my fault i have returned the item without even using it and delivery person check list pass the item and later in between to the seller delivery it changed the product.

How come even it is someone digest someones hard earned money is taken away from them and not even getting the resolution for it.
