I am filing this complaint against Colive Advisory Private Limited regarding the non-payment of my security deposit refund.
After I vacated the property, Colive issued me Security Deposit Refund Cheque No. 109363 dated 06/04/2026 for ₹6,758 drawn on Axis Bank.
When I presented the cheque for clearing, it was dishonoured due to "Funds Insufficient." My bank informed me through SMS:
"Cheque No. 109363 for ₹6,758 presented in clearing is returned due to funds insufficient."
Issuing a cheque without maintaining sufficient funds is highly irresponsible and has caused me financial loss, inconvenience, and unnecessary mental harassment.
Immediately after receiving the cheque return information, I emailed Colive and shared my bank account details, requesting that the refund be processed through NEFT/IMPS. Despite waiting for two days, I have not received any response.
I request Colive to:
