i am writing this letter regarding to the unsolved issue related to refund .i have taken a jiofibre connection on jun15 2026 and the installation was not done and it got cancelled on 17 jun 2026 I initiated for refund and from that its been 2 and a half months i didn’t get my refund i called multiple times regarding to the refund and every time they reply it will get refunded within 7 days, 5 days like that and its keep on going like that . It making me soo much frustrated that while paying the insisted me to do the payment and after it got cancelled i nees to go behind them for the refund …. I will attach the screenshot of payment done and the mail recieved from jio customer care
